Invest Augusta offers multiple ways to invest in our real estate opportunities. You choose the approach that works best for you. We support investing as an individual, jointly, or through an entity (LLC).

Individual

You can invest as an individual if you meet the accredited investor requirements. In this case, the investment is held personally in your name.

Use your full legal name when when completing the accredited investor verification through Verify Investor.

Jointly

You can invest jointly (with your spouse) as long as you both are accredited investors.

Both spouses must complete the accredited investor verification process through Verify Investor.

At the end of each tax year in which income is generated, a Schedule K-1 tax form will be issued under the primary taxpayer’s name for reporting to the IRS.

Entity

You can invest through an entity as long as all equity owners or the entity itself qualifies as an accredited investor.

An entity can be an LLC, S corporation, or C corporation. If you are the sole owner, you will be verified under the individual criteria.

At the end of each tax year in which income is generated, a Schedule K-1 tax form will be issued in the entity’s name.
